Stage set for U16 semifinals

The Lansing Capitals (No. 1 seed, Pool A), Florida Panthers Alliance (No. 1 seed, Pool B), Pikes Peak Miners (No. 2 seed, Pool A) and the Carolina Jr. Hurricanes (No. 2 seed, Pool B) have advanced to the semifinal round of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) Championship Tournament Series in the U16 division.

In the first semifinal, which will be played today (Sunday, February 14) at Sharks Ice in San Jose, Calif., Lansing will face off against Carolina at 3 p.m. local time. The Miners will play Florida at 5:15 p.m.

The winners of those contests will play each other in the championship game on Monday at 9 a.m.

All games will be broadcast live via the Internet through B2 Networks.
